The National Exhibition 2012 will be held at The Weald and Downland Museum, West Sussex
Further details form the Association will be sent to the Guild in the near future regarding timetables, selection etc., but have told us that there is no theme for the selected work. They will however, be requiring samples of work to accompany photos at the selection process.
There will also be an open section for all Guild members, the design to fit into a six inch ring, be it spinning weaving dyeing knitting crochet etc or any combination. This is a wonderful project for all Guild members to try as a six inch ring is not too daunting.
A word of caution – please do not design a replica of the Olympic Rings, as you will be in breach of copyright. If you have difficulty in obtaining rings, please contact Angela Colbridge at exhibition@wsd.org.uk
